the last one on the graph is the event tool. the area of red represents the power creep.
as you can see, the laidai has the most creep, but the event tool has close to 0 creep

Thank you. So, based on your assessment in this spreadsheet, it is safe to assume that the Council Repair Tool sits between Advanced and Prototype in terms of power. However, does this take into account that it is a BPO and does not require ISK cost? Does it take into account that it overshadows the Militia Repair Tool BPO, which some players may have spent Aurum on? Looking forward to the results
